“An Evil Trade by Kenneth Eade is a beautiful body of work that will appeal to lovers of crime and assassin-based novels. It revolves around Robert Garcia, a retired military man drafted into the CIA black ops. He had exceptional skills, hence he was a deadly assassin. Everything changed when the government wanted him dead. Robert didn’t fit anywhere or know how to do anything else but kill. He became an independent assassin and dropped under the radar, but nobody is truly invisible. Caught between foiling an organ trafficking ring, protecting his nearest and dearest, and getting trapped by the government, Robert had to strike one last deal – a deadly trade. This deal involved taking out a very important person, requiring Robert’s A-game because it’s a do or die affair!

“An Evil Trade by Kenneth Eade is an engaging, fast-paced novel, a fantastic page-turner that felt like an action movie. I enjoyed the simple layout of this complex story because so much was going on in the book, but Kenneth tied it up neatly. The thorough blending of fact and fiction is another point that this novel gets from me. I could clearly see that the book touched on the situation of the United States regarding politics, racism, and corruption. It also sheds some light on the organ trafficking issue across Syria, Turkey, and the whole of Europe. Kenneth wove a compelling story that made me laugh, yet kept me on edge because the suspense was killing me. I hope to read a sequel to this book!”
